CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment & Cancellation Policy Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. We understand that schedule changes are sometimes necessary; however, to protect our providers' time and ensure all clients can be seen, we strictly enforce the following: 48-Hour Cancellation Requirement We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, 100% of your deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable. Late Arrivals (15+ Minutes) We value your time and the time of all our patients. The 15-Minute Rule: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may be unable to perform your service. In this event, the appointment will be considered a "Late Cancel," and we will retain 75% of your deposit as a service fee. No-Shows Failure to arrive at your appointment without any prior notice will result in the forfeiture of 100% of your deposit.
